CaseClarity is built and operated in Canada. Every firm’s system is hosted in Canada. The market we serve is Canadian law firms; the working pilot is British Columbia family law and wills, and that is where our founding cohort begins.

CaseClarity is not affiliated with similarly named legal-software products operated from other countries. If you found this page by searching the name, this is the Canadian operation, at caseclarity.ai.

CaseClarity is built by a founder with twenty-five years in enterprise audit and compliance software: a career spent building software that can prove what it did, and when, under scrutiny. CaseClarity is that discipline pointed at legal work. Verification by code, a record that holds up, limits that are structural.

And it was not designed in a lab. It is built and proven inside a working British Columbia family-law and wills practice, on live matters, under the daily scrutiny of lawyers whose names go on the work. Every mechanism described on this site exists because practising lawyers required it before they would trust it.

You deal directly with the founder from your first email: hello@ is read and answered by the person who builds this, not a queue. Founding firms meet the founder by name from the first call.

We publish nothing about any firm, lawyer, or matter without written consent. That discipline is part of the product, and it starts on this page. Named case studies follow as founding firms graduate.
